Poker with the big boys
I was playing some poker online this weekend… decided to play some advanced holdem trying to compete and play poker with the big boys… and I lost a bit… think I’ll go down a level and patch up the bankroll… can’t afford too many evenings like that! Time to use my other online poker name and go under cover for a bit…
Ok it wasn’t too bad, thankfully, the pride is probably hurting the most, but it will get over it. I just had a bad evening.. it happens sometimes!
A couple of marginal calls that go wrong and suddenly you are short stacked and looking at an early evening… thats poker! Some guys never talk about their loses, ego cant take it… I personally don’t mind… lets face it we all get beaten sometime… you got to learn to take it! Then move on and plan your next big win!

I’ll agree that some guys just can’t face it. I personally think that it is better to share your thoughts with others. It can help you to get back on track and can bring up some new ideas regarding your game strategy. (if you have one, of course
